CheckMate4U, is committed to safeguarding your information and maintaining your privacy.  This will always be a priority for us so we have policies and procedures in place to ensure that your information is protected and used responsibly.  We will work together to build user trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices and demonstrate this commitment to your privacy.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register on CheckMate4U.  Access or use of this site or its contents by any person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.  We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under this age.

Membership to this service is void where prohibited.

We will educate our employees about the importance of confidentially and privacy and we will train them in related policies and procedures.  We also take appropriate disciplinary measures whenever necessary to enforce these rules.

Information That We Collect

Initially we only collect your name, phone number, valid email and residential address.  We use this to contact you and help provide you with a smooth efficient, customized experience with our service.

INFORMATION ABOUT YOU-We will contact you to see if you are interested in our service and encourage you to make an appointment in our office for an interview with one of our specialists. You will be given the opportunity to fill out our propriety questionnaire.  If you are interested in our service we will use your answers to build a personality profile exclusively for you. We will use this to match you with other compatible singles.  This information allows us to respond quickly to your individual needs and to identify the most effective solutions to your needs.

This type of information is referred to as PI information (information which can be used to specifically identify you as an individual).  PI information is also collected when you register on our site with your name, phone number, valid email and residential address.  

IP information (Internet Protocol) is used for the purposes of system administration and to gather broad demographic information. We use this to monitor the level of activity on our site. TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) is protocol used to route information based on the addresses (IP).  Networks like the web use the TCP/IP to route information based on the IP address of the designation.

URL (Uniform Resource Locator) may be used to see where you just came from and which URL you may next go to.  A URL is the global address of documents and other resources on the World Wide Web.  These statistics do not include any Personalily Identifiable information.

How Collected and Used

LOG FILES-When you visit CheckMate4U, our servers automatically gather information from your browser, both personally (PI) and non-personally identifiable (IP,TCP,URL) These are used to analyze trends, administer our site, prevent frauds and to track movement.  We do not share these files.

COOKIES-These are very small files placed on your computer and allow us to count the number of visitors to our website, save user preferences, tract user trends and allow us proper operation of our website to personalize your online experience.  These help us to manage your sessions on this website and properly segregate sessions and information from other users.

Service user assumes all risk of use of service as to accidental sharing of users service profile.  Never include personal information you would not want others to have access to.  CheckMate4U cannot guarantee confidentially of profiles or content due to the complexities surrounding service access through what is referred to as a “Proxy Server”

Our Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by us and private label sub-domains delivered by us only and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

If your browser is set to reject all cookies the website will not function properly.  Users who refuse cookies assume all responsibility for any resulting loss of functionality.  We do not link the cookies to any PI.

WEB BEACONS-These are known as “clear gifs or pixel tags.  They are small transparent graphic images that are often used in conjunction with cookies in order to further personalize websites for users and to collect limited sets of information about visitors.  It is a standard Internet tool used to track your use of our website and enables us to customize our services and advertisements.

AGREGATE INFORMATION-From time to time, CheckMate4U and/or our service providers collect general, statistical information about the use of the Website and/or kiosks, such as how may visitors visit a specific page on our Website and how long they stay on.  We and our service providers may also group this information into aggregate visitor data to optimize third-party offers of products and/or services through programs you may be interested in.  further information on these aggregate information may be seen in web beacons, cookies and log files. 

PURCHASE INFORMATION-If you do subscribe to our service we may not only require your name address, phone number, email address but also credit card information.  This will be used primarily to process your order.  All credit card transactions are processed through industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and/or 3DES(strong encryption), which only uses your information for that purpose.

E-MAILS AND TELEPHONE NUMBERS-E-mail messages we send you may contain code that enables our database to track your usage of the e-mails.  A telephone number would enable us to contact you once you have visited our site.  We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to CheckMate4U’s services.  You do have the right to delete you number from your account or ask us to remove you from our contact list.

RELEASE TO OTHER PARTIES-We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.  We may release account information when we believe that such release is necessary to enforce or apply to Terns and Conditions or to protect the rights, property and safety of the service, our users, or others who use our service or under court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with Law Enforcement Agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities.  We reserve the right to report to law enforcement any activities that we, in good faith, believe to be unlawful.       

DISCLOSURE-Except as described in this Privacy Policy, any personal information you provide CheckMate4U, and its service providers will not be shared without your permission.

Disclosures in connection with acquisitions or diversities, circumstances may arise where for strategic or other business reasons or if CheckMate4U decides to sell, buy merger or otherwise reorganize its own or other business, some transactions may involve the disclosure of personal information.  It will always be our practice to seek appropriate protection for information in these types of transactions.

Security

Security is most important to us.  We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to insure that your personal information is safe. It is stored within a database that we or our service providers control directly. However, a perfect security does not exist on the Internet and there is always some risk in transmitting any information electronically.  We cannot guarantee the security of our databases nor can we guarantee the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.  As we deem appropriate, we use security measures consistent with industry standards such as firewalls and encryption technology to protect your information.

Agreement

If you do not fully agree to the terms of this Privacy Statement, please do not provide us with any information and do not use this site or become a customer as you do not have our permission to do so.  Your continued use of this site or service will signify your acceptance of such terms.

This Privacy Policy may be modified or changed from time to time with the new version posted on our website.  Any changes will be effective immediately.  Be sure to review this Agreement periodically to ensure familiarity with the current versions as we may change, modify, add, remove portions of this Policy at any time.

You also agree, to the extent permitted by law, not to bring, join or participate in any class action as to any dispute or claim you may have against CheckMate4U or its directors, officers, employee’s assignees and services.  This agreement not to bring or participate in class action suits is an independent agreement and shall survive the end of you membership.   

Opt Out

You may opt out of our service at any time and your decision will be honored.  Please advise us in writing to remove you from our lists.
