Welcome to CheckMate4U.  CheckMate4U is a service for single adults to meet other single adults that have common goals, life experiences and both seeking a meaningful relationship. If you use this website and/or sign up for this Service you agree to be bound by these Terms Of Use (this Agreement).   Furthermore, by using the Website, you represent and warrant that you have the right, capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all the Terms Of Use and conditions stated here. Please read this agreement carefully as it is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding Terms Of Use for both the Website and the “Service”.  These Terms Of Use may change from time to time and posted on our website with the date of change.  The changes will be effective immediately and your use of the Service after such posting will constitute acceptance by you.

Member Eligibility-You must be at least 18 years of age, single, legally separated or divorced to use our service. If you are not legally separated you may not use our Service.  By use of this Service, you represent and warrant that you have never been convicted of a felony and are not required to register as a sex offender with any governmental entity. CheckMate4U may at its discretion conduct a criminal background check on you at any time using available public records to confirm your compliance with this Service.  Membership in CheckMate4U is void where prohibited.

Phone Contact-By entering your phone number you are granting CheckMate4U the right to contact you by phone.  We will not share or sell this information with any other parties.

Limitation on Liability-In no event shall CheckMate4U be liable for any attorney’s fees or damages whether direct, indirect, special, general, consequential, compensatory, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the Website and/or Service, including without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, breach of contract or any other claim of any type or nature resulting from your use, communications or meetings with other registered users of the Service or persons you may met through the Service.

In no event will the Website be libel for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the services, including without limitation, damages for loss or corruption of data or programs, service interruptions and procurement of substitute services, even if the Website knows or has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Disputes-In the event that there is any dispute between us about or involving the Website, this Agreement, your Contract and/or the Service, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the State of  Delaware laws and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the District Court of Delaware, Delaware Court of Chancery.

Indemnity-You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CheckMate4U, its subsidiaries, officers, agents, employees, partners or third parties from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service or Website in breach of this Agreement and /or arising from a breach of this Agreement by you and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in this Agreement.

Privacy-Our Privacy Policy also governs privacy-Use of the Website and the Service.

Proprietary Rights-CheckMate4U and its licensors, owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Website and Service.  You agree that CheckMate4U is the owner of copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information including without limitation of compatibility matching systems, compatibility profiles and relationship questionnaires. You agree not to post copyrighted information, copy, modify, publish, perform, display, transmit, distribute, commercially use, or sell any such proprietary information.

Miscellaneous-This Agreement is accepted on your use of the Website.  You must click the “I Accept” button at the end of this agreement in order to submit your information for CheckMate4U to contact you.
